DUE TO THE INCREASING NUMBER OF CASES OF THE MYSTERY CANINE ILLNESS, WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING DOGS IF THEY HAVE BEEN IN DAYCARE/BOARDING WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THEIR APPOINTMENT. WE ARE ADOPTING THIS POLICY TO BEST PROTECT ALL OF THE PETS ENTRUSTED TO OUR CARE.
PA is now reporting cases of the mystery canine illness. If your dog is showing any of the reported symptoms of:
coughing/sneezing, fever/lethargy, nasal/eye discharge, difficulty or rapid breathing/wheezing, or anything outside of their normal behavior
please inform us BEFORE your appointment.
In order to protect all of our dogs we will turn away any dog that is showing any of these symptoms.
We are also taking extra precautions to keep all of our dogs safe while in our care. All crates and grooming equipment will be sanitized between every dog, all towels washed and sanitized between each use, and all dogs kept separate with no interaction.
We are following any news reports and data as it becomes available and will do our best to continue to provide and safe and healthy environment for your pets.
